Does More Cotton Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. Any applicable shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We are a New Zealand based business, but ship internationally.
Are all prices listed in NZD?
Yes. All prices on our site are in New Zealand Dollars ($ NZD).
Are our garments low toxicity?
Yes, our garments are designed with low-toxicity materials and processes in mind, making them safer for both you and the environment.
90% of our garments are made from GOTS-certified organic cotton. The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is one of the highest standards for organic textiles, ensuring that the cotton is grown without harmful chemicals and processed responsibly across the entire supply chain.
Our fabrics are also certified by the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), which supports more sustainable cotton farming practices. This means improved environmental management, reduced water usage, and better working conditions for farmers.
In addition, our garments meet OEKO-TEX® standards. This certification ensures that all dyes, prints, and finishes used on the fabric are tested for harmful substances and are safe for human use. It’s an added layer of assurance that what touches your skin is free from toxic chemicals.

What are your dispatch and delivery times?
Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after placing your order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
New Zealand Orders:
Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 working days from the day of dispatch (3-5 working days for regional areas).
Standard Shipping: Delivery between 2-6 working days from the day of dispatch (6-8 working days for regional areas).
International Orders:
Delivery is estimated between 3-14 business days from the date of dispatch.
What is More Cotton's Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn, and re-sellable condition.
You can select your preferred resolution (exchange, store credit, or refund) through our online return portal. Once we receive your returned items at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.
Exclusions
Intimates such as the micro bralette are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Are our garments made from 100% organic cotton?
Unfortunately our garments are not made from 100% organic cotton. While we aim to use predominantly high-quality, natural fibre materials 10% elastane is still present due to requirements for our pieces to stretch for a sculpting effect. Specific fabric details can be found in each product description.
